We opened in 2021 as a pet care business, covering a bit of everything for a lot of different animals. In 2026 we made the call to narrow all the way down to one category and put everything into it.
Narrowing is what improved the service. One category is a category you can actually know: what the specs mean, which questions to put to a manufacturer, what separates a coop that gets moved every week from one that stays where it is. The offer got tighter, the quality got easier to keep an eye on, and the person who answers your email spends the whole day on coops.
Specialists, in other words. That is the part you should feel the first time you ask us something.

Feeders that don't spill, waterers that don't freeze, bedding, brooder plates, automatic doors: ask us what actually earns its place before you buy any of it. We'll tell you straight, even when it's not something we stock.

Hardware cloth, lockable latches, apron skirting, and the locks to go with them. No coop is predator-proof, so ask us what a specific coop's mesh and latches are and we'll get the answer from the manufacturer before you order.
What We Won't Compromise On
- Built like it's staying. We look for weather-rated materials and rust-resistant hardware, whether that's sealed timber or coated steel. A coop should outlast the flock that moves into it.
- Designed for the person cleaning it. Roll-out nesting boxes at waist height. Doors wide enough to reach every corner. The best coop in the world is the one you don't dread on a Sunday morning.
- Only what earns its place. Dimensions, materials, mesh and latch type are the specs that decide whether a coop works. Where the manufacturer states them, we publish them as given. Where the manufacturer states nothing, we would rather tell you that than invent a number. Name the figure you need and we will go and get it in writing.
