Talk to us before you buy, not after
Email or call — both reach a person who can open the manufacturer's spec sheet while answering you. If you're deciding between two coops, send both links and tell us how many hens and how often you plan to move it; that's a better question than most product pages can answer on their own.
+1 866-574-9747 — Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm ET
Two inboxes, so your message lands with the person who can answer it fastest:
| Write to | For |
|---|---|
| sales@moveablechickencoop.com | Before you buy: which coop fits your flock, a dimension or weight you need confirmed, whether something will go through your gate |
| contact@moveablechickencoop.com | After you order, and everything else: order status, a damaged carton, a missing part, returns, anything about the business |
Either one reaches a person. If you pick the wrong one we will move it across rather than send you away.
9805 Statesville Road Suite 6403, Charlotte, NC 28269
What to put in your email
It saves a round trip, and on a damaged-carton claim it saves days.
| If you're asking about | Include |
|---|---|
| Which coop fits your flock | Hen count, breed size if you know it, yard space, and how often you want to move it |
| A specific coop | The product page link, plus the question — dimensions, weight, floor, wire gauge, whatever the page didn't answer |
| An order you've placed | Order number, and the email address you used at checkout |
| A delivery that hasn't arrived | Order number and your delivery ZIP |
| A damaged carton | Order number, photos of the outside of the carton before you open it, and photos of the damage inside. Keep the packaging |
| A missing or broken part | Order number, a photo of the part, and the part number from the instruction sheet |
What we can and can't do
We can: confirm any dimension, weight or capacity on any coop we sell. Confirm the shipping window for a specific model before you commit. Tell you when a coop is the wrong size for your flock — including when the answer is a cheaper one.
We can't: guarantee an exact delivery date, or tell you a coop holds more hens than its floor area supports. If your date is tight, or your question is really about local rules on keeping hens, say so — we'd rather tell you plainly than sell you something that won't work.
Faster than emailing us
Most pre-purchase questions are already answered:
- Frequently asked questions — sizing, assembly, materials, care
- Shipping and delivery — how these ship and what we can confirm
- Returns — the return window and who pays freight
- Which coop fits your flock? — four questions, ending in a shortlist
