Do the cover arithmetic before you order: the roof cover is 11 × 6.2 feet, about 68 sq ft of a 286 sq ft footprint. Roughly a quarter of this enclosure is under fabric and the rest is open to the sky. That's normal for a run of this class, but it is not what "waterproof cover" implies at first read.
What's in the box & assembly
One coop and one manual, and assembly is required. Thirty-one feet of steel-pipe frame is a two-person, half-day build on level ground — get the frame square before the mesh goes on and the rest follows easily.
Care & placement
Pick a level, well-drained 10 × 32 ft rectangle — this doesn't move once it's up. Check the Oxford fabric cover after wind and re-tension it rather than letting it flap. Because there's no hen house included, plan where the coop goes inside the enclosure before you set the frame, so the door and the coop door aren't fighting each other.
These are long, heavy, flat-packed cartons, so they travel by freight rather than parcel post. We confirm your delivery window in writing once your order is placed, and you get tracking as soon as the cartons leave the warehouse. If we can't meet the window we gave you, we'll tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.
Plan to be there when it arrives. Freight is a kerbside delivery — the driver is not carrying a 95-inch carton round the back for you.
Every coop arrives flat-packed and needs building. These are bolt-together frames rather than a hundred wood screws, so a socket wrench and a free afternoon covers most of them.
On anything over about six feet, plan for two people. The panels aren't especially heavy, but they are long, and holding one square while you start a bolt on your own is how doors end up not shutting.
If it turns up damaged or faulty, that is ours to fix. Photograph the cartons before you open them, email the pictures with your order number, and we will arrange the replacement part or unit — you don't ship anything back before we ask you to.
